The existence of proper authorization documents is a prerequisite for importing and marketing of products for the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). Then, we shall advise you on the costs and terms of works needed to issue such document(s). The costs of any document depends upon the type of products and the amount of testing required for such type. We help to effectuate the following documents:

Declaration of Conformity to Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU)

a document whereby the applicant confirms that the products meet requirements of Technical Regulations. The list of products which require a DOC, is determined by a respective Technical Regulation.

Certificate of Conformity to Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU)

a document whereby the applicant confirms that the products meet requirements of Technical Regulations. The list of products which require a Certificate of Conformity, is determined by a respective Technical Regulation.

Certificate of State Registration

a document certifying that products which have passed state registration procedure meet the requirements of sanitary and hygiene standards of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

Exemption Letter

an official response of a certification agency stating that the given products are not subject to mandatory certification, declaring, or reporting.

Fire Certificate

a document certifying that the products meet fire safety requirements.

Safety Case

a document which includes evaluation of potential risks as well as design, operation, and technology documentation on measures to ensure safety of machines and equipment.
